SUPPORTING WOMEN IN SOCCER

Special Guests: ICONS FROM THE 1985 USWNT

As part of the celebration, the Legendary Women’s Cup will host exclusive talks and presentations from trailblazers in women’s soccer. We are honored to welcome three members of the original 1985 U.S. Women’s National Team, affectionately known as “The 85ers.”

These women were part of the very first squad chosen to represent the United States in international play. Their passion and perseverance helped set the stage for every generation of U.S. Women’s National Team players that followed.

At the Legendary Women’s Cup, the 85ers will share stories from their pioneering journey, reflect on the growth of women’s soccer around the world, and inspire new generations to lead

Supporting SOCCER FOR ALL

This year Legendary Women's Cup is proud to partner with the Special Olympics. The Arizona Chapter of Special Olympics will be holding their soccer portion of their special olympics at Riverfront park in Oro Valley on Saturday, December 5th. The 85ers will be attending these soccer games and help with score keeping or other duties that the Special Olympics needs adult volunteers for.
